WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY OPERATING A CLICK AND COLLECT IN STORE SERVICE.

What are my delivery options (when your online ordering service is active)?

We offer a next day UK delivery service on orders placed before 12pm. You will receive your order next working day. This is a fully tracked service with DPD.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. A special Saturday delivery can be selected at an extra charge.

When will I receive my order (when your online ordering service is active)?

Order placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless a special Saturday delivery is selected. Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

What are my delivery charges (when your online ordering service is active)?

Our standard next working day delivery is charged at £8.00 for orders weighing up to 10kg.

Saturday Delivery is charged at £15.00.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be totally satisfied with the order you receive from Mithaas. In the unlikely event your goods are damaged in any way or you have received an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours or receiving your delivery by e-mail at info@mithaas.co.uk. We will look to get a refund or redelivery arranged.
